There are all kinds of smart black people

You've been brainwashed by racist dogma into believing that all black people are unintelligent.  Why, turn on the TV, watch any show or movie and you'll clearly see that black people are intelligent professors, teachers, philosophers, news anchors, sports commentators, political analysts, literary authors, human rights advocates, actors, computer scientists, engineers, doctors, chemists, physicists, historians, anthropologists... the list goes on and on.   

Ill-educated black people far outnumber educated black people. 

They also have access to the internet.

Pretty sad really, considering the black power movement started in the US, but it seems American blacks are worse off than most.

As a black person in the UK I can tell you the situation isn't much better here. 

In my view it's basically down to the fact that ignorant black people get put on a pedestal to further the old racist stereotypes that no white person dare mention today. 

This is why you see stuff like Souljah Boy, which to me reminds me of the minstrels with the white lips against dark black skin, promoting black people to behave like idiots and degrade themselves.

Whereas there are far fewer intelligent black role models out there.
