whenever ANY POLITICIAN talks about less government, they mean cut out the parts of government that help out poor people. the government could do a huge amount merely by redirecting its resources towards accomplishing what should be its primary objective, to create a healthy society by supporting those who otherwise lead shitty shitty lives.
