President Bush’s latest approval rating, according to an American Research Group poll, down from 34 percent just one month ago. Seventy-seven percent of Americans disapprove of the job he is doing, and 79 percent disapprove of his handling of the economy.

True dat.  The Dems "controlling" the Congress could revoke the 2002 Iraq War Resolution TOMORROW.  Yet they just don't do it, do they?  In addition, they keep voting for war funding.  Cut off the funds, and the war will stop.  So they don't do THAT, either.  The reason for all of that is obvious:  The Democrats are pro-war.

So Bush indeed can do whatever he wants, as long as he continues to attack oil-owning Islam.  The Congress STILL refuses to act as a control on the power of the Executive Branch of the US government.
