 Near perfect economic efficiency.
Less disparity in opportunity between peoples.
Everyone as a whole benefits due to eliminated divisions.
No restrictions on the replacement of inferior cultures by superior cultures.
Better worldwide access to marketable skills, services, cheap labour and technology.
Greater opportunity sphere for businesses to focus their energy.
Enforcing the idea the individual is more important than the state by eliminating mercantilism.
The only problems would occur whilst the economy adjusts to the changes, perhaps some states would want to enforce laws that slow down the process but it is inevitable so there is little point in resisting it for more than a decade.

Everything will be owned by someone including the atmosphere. If pollution spreads into someone else's property they can sue the person responsible, if the pollution causes bodily damage then there are pre-existing laws to deal with that aswell. Those who wish to use oxygen will have to pay a fee to the owners of the atmosphere who will, through a market of innovative financial services, fund the replacement of that oxygen.
