CERTAIN RACES OF PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT MENTAL AND PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS, FOR EXAMPLE NIGGERS HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF CHARACTER TRAITS THAT WE TODAY CONSIDER NEGATIVE, LOW INTELLIGENCE QUOTE(it's "not cultural", the iq differences remain even in adopted niggers), BAD IMPULSE CONTROLL (niggers comitt more crimes like rape and violent assault because they can't control their impulses).
Also worth noting is that all countries aswell as neighbourhoods  populated by niggers eventually become violent, smelly and dysfunctional. And yes there are intelligent civilized niggers, but they are always half-niggers.
But why is it like that you must ask.. One explanation for why nigger countries are so niggery is "colonialism" and "slave trade". The european nations spent all the money they had gained(and a lot more) on the killing of each other during the 40s, yet they even after that managed to build functional societies.. Why?
