I was listening to a talk radio program recently, and the hosts brought up a recent piece of news that shows that federal agents have raided a private business, and confiscated their private property with no compensation.
The business happened to deal in precious metals certificates, and it has apparently received many assurances from various bureaucrats that their activities are totally legal.
If their activities are totally legal, they have been charged with no crimes, and they weren't harming anyone, why is it that they have had their private property confiscated by federal agencies without any compensation or criminal charges?
