Nickelodeon brainwashing your children

Linda Ellerbee is the host, that should be enough said. Pay particular attention to the second and fourth stories.

This Nickelodeon "news program", is not a news program. It is a leftist primer on how to be a "left-wing radical REBEL". I am not a blind follower of our Government, and I also think that Government should be watched by it's citizens. It is our civic duty. However this program led by Ellerby, is anti-war, anti- GWOT, anti-military. This "news program" is not about people changing the World around them. Ms. Ellerby uses leftist propaganda buzz words like "taking on the establishment".

She shows a group of "tweenagers" walking around in orange jumpsuits, hooded and yelling from a bullhorn. "We are not ok, with people being tortured by American soldiers!" "Are cooperation's priority over human lives?"

There is also a call for the impeachment of the President in the second segment of the video, "democracy is at stake because of the President violating the Constitution".

The fourth segment of video shows another tweenager, who has put together a video of wounded Iraqi children, with the song Jesus Loves Me playing over it. This teenager blames America, the military, for what is happening in Iraq. This young girl says "she finds, videos and facts on the Internet" to show what is REALLY happening in Iraq. I am guessing she is getting these images from Al Jazeera.

Nickelodeon is the new training ground for leftist propaganda. Amazing. You really must watch this video.

My guess is, you will no longer want your children watching Nickelodeon. I am also guessing Nickelodeon paying sponsers eg: of 2 I saw while watching this clip Nerf gun. Hey Nerf, Nickelodeon thinks guns are evil. Oh and The Little Pet Shop, which we all know Nickelodeon thinks is a sort of animal factory, (not caring of animal's needs, only out to make a buck out of mass breeding of cats and dogs, only to be euthanized later) might want to hear from you the consumer of children's toys.

UPDATE: spoke with Hasbro, and they are shocked that this was childrens programming. We will see what they do with the advertisements...

hmmm its seems a litle bit shady a report like that on a kids tv channel..the clip in its self did seam very propaganda like...in its choice of wordings and timing...it also seems very similar to other known propaganda type media.

Well i guess its better than having them see, girls gone wild ads at 5 am. As much as i wish that a story would show the other side to that story, and the fact that they make WAY MORE MONEY, working in a factory, compared to someone working in a mine, or in the fields. i mean big surprise that liberal media is getting to your children. buy i guess the question you have to ask is... have i prepared my child to receive information like this? are they going to be able to see propaganda and understand that a string of heavily bi es fasts is not the only truth?

So let's get this right, children under the age of 18 should know damn well where they stand on complex social and political issues, as well as weather or not they believe in God.  But, deciding something as simple as who they allow to touch their bodies is forbidden until they reach the magical age of 18.  Makes sense.

I sure hope that the government can bring up charges for treason. The makers of this show would have dissapeared back in the seventies. I find that people who preach foolish ideas such as anarchy through soft-minded children should also be brought up on charges of manipulation. Does anybody agree?
