Libfags want their libfaggotry as the state religion (mutliculturalism, political correctness etc.). Since it's so lame that it can't even compete with the discredited faggotry of Christianity, they need the state to deal with it. It's not enough that they control the academia/cultural elite.
And even if Ron Paul wrote it, it's not in his program and he wouldn't do anything to the effect of harming the separation of church and state. Doubt it because of the wording used though. Every single Democrat and Republican candidate running is a fucking Christian, so it doesn't really matter.
