Holocaust made Jews smarter?

because it was mostly the dumb one who got sent off to the camps.  whereas only a few of the smarter ones managed to get away.  this is known as the "bottleneck effect" and it can dramatically change a populations genetics.

Jews reached a population bottleneck in the 14th Century at the height of the Black Death when they were widely blamed for the plague. This small population allowed a few random genetic changes (genetic drift) to take root as they could not do so in a larger population that resists drift.

It had to have happened much earlier than the holocaust because that couldn't account for why the entire population currently has a higher average.
