Because the Catholic Church keeps inventing and spreading anti-Jewish conspiracies. The Orthodox Church has always maintained relations with the RCC and the first Protestants came from a Catholic culture where anti-semitism was so common that they kept believing in it even while fighting against the evils of Rome, blind to the fact that it was just another Papal lie. The Muslims, they used to be tolerant towards the Jews, until the world became more globalized and they started maintaining contact with Catholic states. An early example of this is Medieval Spain, where the Muslim states eventually started copying the same anti-semitic policies imposed by the Catholic states on Jews.
