Many Jews in the us and around the world don't really like the zealot Zionist in Israel for doing it. However it must be taking into account that many of these people(jew & non) lived there for 100's if not 1000's of year before the shift in power took place after the British left the area...
As a jew I can't stand the crap that happens over there more so I hate when its brought state side, my national view is simple I'm American(6th gen) before anything else, and if you want to be in my country you can check your fucking baggage at the door...

Take the Jew and Palestinian conflict and just replace the players, americans and native indian, Nazi & german jew, African & white farmer, Rich vs poor... Its all the same, greed & hate....
It doesn't have to be this way, but pride(like my dick) is a hard thing to swallow.. Maybe one day they'll realize that they can live together as a few of the towns and small cities do in the region already, ....maybe one day...
