No, not until the Imperialist Western (primarily WHITE) cultures first made the banking system needed to create consumer-driven economies, made the international governing bodies to facilitate world trade, and used Freudian psychology to sell people items they don't need by linking them to real desires that consumer culture does not fulfill.
Do you think advertising always existed in anything like its current form? Do you doubt that primarily White (and I include Jews in that but it's not really relevant) people invented and implemented the current way of doing it?
