Denmark now track all internet and phone traffic, the position of cell phones and where all the citizen are and move.

no, not really. The human rights charter has a security for private life part in it. This new law requires the telecommunications and ISPs to save information on calls made and emails/SMS/MMS's sent, not the content of them. The information will also only be available for the police if it is needed for investigation of crimes of a certain degree of seriousness, or terrorist investigations. And the private life part of the human rights convention is pretty undefined.

So in essense it isn't 'that' bad, but it's a slippery slope that i'm very much against taking, futhermore, it is very possible to work around these things if you really want to, so against people who really want to do stuff, i'ts practically useless.
