They are not tolerant; only Jews are permitted to live in Israel. The few blacks that they do let into their country are token admissions. The majority of Israelis don't want them there and the blacks are treated as second class citizens. There's still over 20,000 black Jews practicing in Ethiopia, but Israel has quotas so that a maximum of a few hundred per month are allowed citizenship. On the other hand, if you have just one White Ashkenazi or Sephardic Jewish grandparent, you are granted instant citizenship--It doesn't matter if you are a bacon eating atheist.
