Scientology getting pwned in Europe

In America Scientology is a recognised religion and in some schools mandatory in class. Here in Belgium Scientology has to face trial for extortion, being a criminal organisation, fraude and unlawful practice of medicine. Claims are that the 'church' extorts the followers, etc.

Sure there're lots of mythological elements in every religion. But they still bear a message for the better of its believers, you know, something quite unselfish, unlike what many churches do to obtain some kind of power. I think Scientology can't be classified in this category, it's a business organization with clear goals to reach.
