Corn-oil, a popular alternative (oxymoron?) is developed into a very good fuel, which increases the value of corn. The second use of corn creates a higher demand of corn, raising its price. Since corn gets expensive, feeding livestock gets expensive. Since feeding livestock is expensive, the yield of livestock becomes expensive; making a gallon of milk costs four goddamn dollars.
