Raping children should be illegal.

I don't know about all these democrats, NAMBLA members and liberals stating they believe it is ok to rape children. Indeed we shouldn't be afraid of change, but I think we should stick to tradition in this instance.

Sexual development is an ongoing process, a person first learns when it is appropriate to hug and kiss and be hugged and kissed, then to grope and sleep with someone in their underwear etc... By the time someone is 18 they are still sexually developping, but they have developped past the point where they can make mature decisions about sex. At age 18 most people are finnishing off their sexual development, for instance when I was 18 I didn't know how turned on I could get by big beautiful women but I certainly knew the proper procedure for getting laid without being charged with rape or indecent exposure.
