American conservatives are always last

last to accept global warming.  last to accept civil rights.  last to accept the multi-polar world.  last to accept reality.

why is this?

conservatives are the ones who understood the chicken little story when they were young. liberals are the ones who thought chicken little was the hero.

 if you have the truth then you have no need of hysteria, demonstrations, fear, self serving politicians, posing actors, or surveys. facts speak for themselves, bull shit requires a circus.
