They're taking over America. What should we do about this ever-growing problem? There are no differences between a black and a white man other than what genetics applies to them.  A gene in the baby determines what color of the baby will be.  Gene's can be carried over several generations.  In fact, a white male and a white female can produce a black baby.  If somewhere in the family tree there was a black gene taken, it could be held for several generations before it takes a large part on a baby.  I will say the chances are slim, but there still are chances.  After that, it's all in environment.  Where do you live, who do you hang out with/ who are you influenced by,  what type of living situation do you have, all these things and more combined with genetics take effect in how a person lives their life.  So when a black kid goes to school, and all the white kids make fun of him for being black, depending on his genetic code combined with the previous stated factors will determine how he will react.  If his father and mother and grandparents all are strong willed/hearted people, and he hadn't been taught a different way, he might come to school and beat the shit out of you, therefore giving you a reason to press charges and if the judge thinks as poorly of blacks as you seem to, he'll probably get placed in a foster/group home or maybe juvy, and once you get a record, it's fairly difficult to stay out of trouble, considering the rest of the racist pricks on the police force are watching you just waiting for you to screw up somehow, and if instances like before keeps repeating itself and if he loses that strong will, he might let himself into believing that he really is worthless, and if that's the case why not just say fuck his life cause he's gonna stay in jail anyway, so I'l just fuck up anyone that get's in my way, and yes this may not be the correct way of looking at it, but he would have never been in this situation if you would have just accepted him and maybe invited him over to play video games or something.

What lies are being spread?
I never typed that anything (much less being kind) will make a black turn into a white man.  and yes it is all of those things: white racism? (what ever that is, i'm pretty sure racism is racism no matter what race being applied to, but anyway), oppression, poverty, that effects what a person turns into.  If you take a white person born in a rich neighborhood with rich family and then take a white person born in the hood, they one born in the hood will have a completely different life.  The rich one will have more opportunities, due to that he has the money to cover it.  The poor one, depending on how strong his mentallity is, may crumble from the stress of not being able to pay his bills because he can't find a good job, maybe theirs stress coming from other places.  But if viceverca the rich one turns lazy, he could very easily fall to the hood part of the town, as well as the poor one could make it out.  and throughout their lives, depending on what they go through will change who they are as a person.
However you are right, genetics does have a huge play on who a person is as a person in society.  but as does also his surroundings.  That's why a set of twins doesn't always live the same lifestyles.  They have the same genes, but after they are born, it's their lifestyles and their environment that effects them.
