I'm adding commentary based on whats being said in THIS conversation. RedCream is talking about stupid (Blacks) and (Mexicans). Another individual said it would be beneficial and gave an example, but failed to consider he was talking about Smarter person A taking over Dumber Person B, and not the other way around. I was pointing out what he had missed.

Okay, so English isn't the "official" language of the US as of right now, but it will be soon. Also, a vast majority of Americans speak English so there's no reason why immigrants should come to America and not know the English language.
