What should we do with the poorest countries?

Take the top fifty poorest countries in the world.  Should they be brought up to better economic levels, exploited for resources, used to construct tourist spots and mini malls, or bought by a company like a corporate acquisition just to have the land and sovereignity?

Exterminate the population and replace them with settlers from richer more civilised countries. Look at it realistically, it will be 50 years before these shit holes see any sign of improvement and most of them will die before the age of 30 anyway so whil exterminating them is inhumane, allowing them to live such a worthless existence is even more inhumane. Tough decisions have to be made.
