4chan as a government

If 4chan was a government, what type of laws would it have?

In order to find out, we'll just have to poll the audience. Mention a couple of facts about the law system you think 4chan would have.

I.e. stuff like:

Prostitution is legal

Businesses must buy and sell carbon credits

Public nudity at work will result in 1 (one) immediate promotion

The 4chan national anthem, the Fresh Price of Bel-Air theme, must be sung before every sporting event

4chan would be a terrible government ... completely filled with fail.  Why?  Because while people were shouting out "SEAKING" (as required under ChanGov), the man who shouts out "GOLDEEN" would be arrested and executed!  And his execution!  My!  That would involve a 12 foot long iron pipe, 12 pounds of fire ants, a bottle of Gorilla Glue™, several yards of surgical tubing, and a few days of a strong summer sun.  (Oh yeah, I almost forgot the critical element:  a TV set on to Faux News™.)
