Conservative Logic?

Why do conservatives call Muslims "disgusting, uncivilised savages" when their solution to all the problems in the Middle East is nuclear genocide?

Putting an end to these miserable creatures is far more humane than allowing them to live out their wretched lives.  This goes for all of humanity, but especially so for the fanatic Muslims and the women who are subjugated by Islam.
