Let's destroy for-profit Healthcare

To me, it just seems WAY to easy to destroy the shitty healthcare system that we have in America. All that has to be done is form a non-profit organization that provides health insurance, but every year, returns whatever money they recieved in monthly payments back to the customers. (i.e. Instead of keeping the profits, just return the profits to the customers).

This practice would make the insurance SOOO cheap, that everybody will flock to it, leaving behind their for-profit insurance. Thus bringing non-profit healthcare to America without a single congressional vote!

yeah that's a terrible idea.  suppose they figure out that wi-fi ups your risk of cancer by 50%.  or suppose the plague hits New York (it could happen).  The insurance companies will need to draw on the large rainy day fund they set aside.
