Well I'm not the person you're asking but I'll tell you that one Authoritarian Conservative is different from another Authoritarian Conservative and a Authoritarian Liberal will be different than another Authoritarian Liberal.

I think what he was getting at with Fascism and Communism being the same is that both are authoritarian in nature.
