God! When will it end???

Now you have Hamas taking over, you can expect it to escalate even further since they are are not willing to budge at all until they have eliminated Israel off the map.

I was reading up general information on the conflict in Wikipedia, and it just makes me sad that after so many decades, the people in power over there just can't realize how wasteful the conflict is.

etc.
Arabic contribution to mathematics and the academic pursuits while Europe was in the dark ages, etc.
They have a rich history of civilization, they just are backward when compared to the west.
