Most white people today don't do anything productive. Most work menial or unimportant jobs and sit around being nostalgic for a time that never existed. They are pampered more than any group ever in the history of the world, bust still like to claim that things have gone to hell in a handbasket and doom is at hand.
Whites are notoriously skittish and tend to flock together like so many wet, shivering poodles. They like to be praised for achievements that don't belong to them; a trait that has been made possible by their blind racial centrist. Whites are happy that a man like Newton "invented" calculus even though it had been around for centuries in India, China and Islamic worlds.
The dirty truth is that whites have long constituted an undeserving, preppy rabble. Even in the "glory days" of European civilization, most whites were so poor and destitute as to have been forgotten and glossed over by the rare emissary.
But don't tell that to the average white person today, who incidentally has a higher likelihood of being obese and dying of cardiovascular problems than almost anyone in the world.

All i have to say is that for at least a hundred years, members of every race have taken on the extremely narcicistic task of looking anywhere they can(except for in a mirror, of course) to find somebody to blame for all of there problems, and a way to get out of exerting energy for anything but fun. Out of this group of people, many monsters have been produced. Many of those monsters have comitted many evil deeds in hopes of achieving God knows what. No single race is any more, or less racist or self involved than any other. Civilization, to me, means people working together to make the world a better place for EVERYONE. when I look at my children, I see open minds, hoping that there is more beauty in this world than ugliness, and wanting to believe in the good in other people's hearts. They are people, just like all of us, who are ready to learn. They want to be good and pretty much believe whatever they are taught to believe. The point that

I believe it is wrong to generalize a group of people as bad, lazy, stupid, or worthless. Yes there are INDIVIDUALS who commit crimes, or take advantage of the system to get something for nothing, there are INDIVIDUALS who just don't have the mental capacity to ever really "get it", or ever contribute anything to civilization. These INDIVIDUALS come from ALL races. Grow up, take responsibility for your own actions, try to do what is right, and stop wasting your time hating, it really doesn't do ANYBODY any good.
There are also genetic differences between particular sub groups that lean towards certain traits. Your Utopian assertion of all people being as capable of adaptive-moral progression is flawed by reality.
Hating isn't progressive you are right, understanding positives and negatives is.

We are individuals, it is true, however our intelligence is limited, we should strive to assess individuals as accurately as possible but there are limits, this is where categories come in. No paraplegic can become a firefighter, no woman can reach the level of physical fitness and mental discipline required by special forces (most men can't either), no one with down's syndrome can become a professor of theoretical physics (most people without down's syndrome can't either, these are examples of where we can be absolutely certain that a demographic group should be excluded from employment because it's just a waste of money.
