In the US..
1, 2. Progress or reform isn't necessarily beneficial or congruent with the other definitions of liberal.
4. Many individual freedoms are economic freedoms, many people who claim to be liberal believe that the state should have more control over the economy.
5. Generally people who claim to be liberal comply with permitting personal freedom apart from minor instances.
6. People who claim to be liberals are voraciously pro-democracy and critical of even the slightest discrepancy in fairness of elections, though with a slight bias towards the democrat party.
7, 8. Some people who claim to be liberal have taken tolerance to pathological levels of paranoia and support reverse discrimnation.
13. Liberalism to a certain extent is befitting towards freemen.
3, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15. Not the definition of political beliefs.
