The republic is broken

I hate how everybody is being dishonest about what the Constitution allows.

The commerce clause is being used to justify almost everything the government does nowadays.

If you guys want to expand the role of the federal government, CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION. USE THE AMENDMENT PROCESS.

what the fuck are you talking about?  the Constitution gives the legislature the power to make laws.  sometimes they make laws that create new government programs.  there is nothing unconstitutional about that.
