The republic is broken

I hate how everybody is being dishonest about what the Constitution allows.

The commerce clause is being used to justify almost everything the government does nowadays.

If you guys want to expand the role of the federal government, CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION. USE THE AMENDMENT PROCESS.

Wrong. The communists revolted against a democratic government. The nazis used the fear of this revolt to secure power by using/abusing the democratic process.
