It works great, if you are an educated wealthy muscular white male with a large phallus and large testosterone producing testicles like me you pay very little in the way of insurance and if the worst happens you get the very best healthcare with little hassle.
Social Security is eating all the most money up and keeps eating more each year because you lazy fucks won't have children. Also, insurance costs money, but you seriously over estimate its cost when you you say only the rich can afford it. What is poor to you?
