Well, from what I have heard, this only works if you are someone who would not normally do a crime(I.E. not an agressive person). There are rumors that you can avoid getting raped if you are black if you join the Nation of Islam, though, the validity of this is questionable.

That's just great. Rape is a crime and yet the criminal justice system does nothing about it -- They encourage it as punishment.

Humanity is fucking sick and fucking fucked. Crime and Punishment will forever remain an open issue.

A "deterant" or deterrent does not work, or otherwise there would not be crime. How else does a Medical Doctor go decide to fuck a Loli and end up on Chris Hansen's hands? The guy seems 1. Very rational by his profession 2. Educated (Given) 3. In the wrong state of mind.

Faced with jail time, the doctor doesn't care. He's going to fuck a loli anyways. Capital punishment? There are some people who kill and don't give a shit they'll die. There's also people who wouldn't in the proper frame of mind kill but be driven to do so.

Humans by nature do things that are against the law. The problem lies either in our species or in the law. So I figure most of the time, it's usually our species. We do fucking sick things, and that's just who we are. Sure, you can try what you call a "deterant," or what is known as a deterrent. But it certainly won't stop everyone from committing crimes.

Yep. All of the people in prison did bad things. Bad things like having marijuana, bad things like using drugs in their own house. Bad things like having poor legal representation, bad things like being falsely accused and convicted. Yes. These "bad" things that are truly deserving of prison rape.

Prison rape is an American thing. In most parts of the world it is unheard of. This is because all Americans are secretly homosexual.

Also, I never said that "every one of them" is a victim, this is certainly not the case. However, why do something that's illegal to stop people from breaking the law? Law being carried out by unlawful practices?
