On the 16th of April, 2007, calmly and coolly, he scored 32 frags and 1 self-kill (and wounded 29 others). This was and is the highest score ever in American school shootings.
 
 Born in Korea, raised in America, he had dice in the mirror, dual-guns in his hands. He looked at his university, he was finally there to sit on his throne as the gunman of VTEC University.
 
 Not only that, he was also known as the "Question Mark." He was nameless. He was the anonymous of the real world.

 Contrary to popular thought, Cho Seung-Hui was not an emo. When was the last time an emo hurt a fly? An emo does not have the courage to kill others, let alone himself. Cho killed 32, INCLUDING himself. Tell me that's not legendary.

Shooting unarmed civilians in a room takes very little skill.  Even if he was in the military, he might start shooting his own unit after enough teasing.  Plus, the war is more focused on driving and getting blown up by IEDs than going Rambo.

Actually, that's right, as long as you define "correct security procedures" as "allowing students to exercise their rights under the Second Amendment".  Alas, that's not the tone of the matter in the media.  So they're probably going to have more officials and alarms and all that jazz, but STILL, the students won't be allowed to exercise their rights under the Second Amendment to resist being slaughtered by another armed madman.

Remember, the Second Amendment isn't just a good idea -- IT'S THE LAW.  When will judges start enforcing this law?

It's hardly BS.  The ghei Liberals running VaTech made damned sure that the students were disarmed so that Cho could come in and shoot 'em up like they were fish in a barrel.

Universities are open to the public in two major ways, and both ways are unlike real private property like your home.  The first way is that they serve a public function like stores do; the public is INVITED to attend after paying for the service.  The second way is that the campus is open for visitors and the like.  Those two forms of invitation strongly deny the case that a university can set some sort of policy against being personally armed.

On top of all that, students who domicile on the campus should be expressly affirmed of their Second Amendment right to be armed in their own homes.  They rented a dorm room, and that's their home.

Since there are far too may activist judges and Liberal legislators, all this is routinely dismissed and the stage is constantly set for another Cho event.  And Americans still wonder why their demented civilization is hated across the world!
