What's the best way to make this happen and get all the countries in the world to give up their sovereignty?
Military conquest?
Slow integration?

No. You see if Mao were libertarian China would have gone the same way as the US and become a democracy. Mao was a communist however so instead of becomming communist it became totalitarian. So in fact even though totalitarianism isn't communism as per say, it is the only possible outcome. What would happen if you had 50% free market and 50% communist is what happenned in the cold war. The communists would become totalitarian and start killing each other.
