On whiteness

Speaking of white culture, who is included in the seemingly unprecise term "white"? All of Europe? The western parts of Asia?

Within Europe many people are not considered white by other Europeans. Especially Greeks, but also Spaniards, would often not be referred to as "white".

Greeks and Spaniards are sometimes not considered white because of the heavy interbreeding with Muslims(Arabs) during Islamic expansionist campaign into Europe ( XXXX - XXXX AD) and this gave some them "non-white features". Though pure Greeks and Spaniards are considered White Europeans.
