The term doesn't exist because non-white people are automatically "economically, educationally, and culturally bankrupt". In fact, there is no such thing as non-white culture, except for some half-assed attempts by asians (who've now assimilated ours).

I agree to a large extent. Our middle class is stable and pretty straight forward, so we have to create a demeaning word for those who are below us but look like us. "white trash"
