This world is beyond hope.

Very few actually even show each other the basic human dignity that other people deserve. At the very least they're latently exploiting others for their own gain.

I have a bigger question to ask
Why aren't people more selfish?
Why should I give a shit about anyone except for me, my mate, and my kin?
Humans are so dumbed down by moral absolutism that they don't even know how to be a species.
