Neo-liberals have 2 properties.
1: They are natural demagogues, they are good at getting naive people to become extremely zealous in supporting them.
2: Property 1 is their main priority to the extent that it counts as a second property. Their obsession with property is such that they are willing to sacrifice vast amounts of common sense in their endless quest to fool the naive.

As has just been proven irrefutably. For people blacks would never support anyway, this is a god send. Whilst for people who would actually do some good for blacks this is the worst thing possible.

To begin with the civil rights movement was libertarian in nature. Blacks declared that they were human and demanded they be considerred equal as stated by the constitution. Their arguments resonated with a population brought up to know the constitution by heart and sing the national anthem of the land of the free. Southerners were forced to weigh their racism against patriotism and the KKK and other groups were quickly losing popularity. This all changed in the mid 60s when neo-liberals began to claim the credit from black libertarians, such as MLK. Racists could claim that blacks were not about liberty and patriotism, but about communism and dividing america. They watched with glee as neo-liberals lauded black criminals, then blamed the crime on everything but blacks. The racists laughed as neo-liberals urged blacks to support unconstitutional laws and refuse to take the bitter medicine of criticism due to anxiety over being insulted.

40 years later and now racism is pretty much extinguished, yet to this day the black community is in complete tatters and still in the grip of neo-liberals. Blacks have developped a culture that depends on the delusion that they are oppressed, whilst some blacks decide they don't want their lives dominated by racial issues and leave the community, the majority are still misguided into poverty by neo-liberals to keep them dependant on them.
