Breed: A group within a species. Race: a population group within a species. Humans aren't dogs, there isn't a "breed" of humans who are three feet tall or any other greatly different physical characteristics. That comparison is completely irrational.

Ha, ha! Don't make me laugh. It's not my job to find you evidence that there is no link, that is your job. There is no evidence that the Flying Spaghetti Monster exists, that doesn't mean there has to be study done to prove it. That's not how science works. If you want to prove your racist thinking, YOU must supply definitive, non-biased, peer-reviewed scientific publications showing a link between race and intelligence. And the fact of the matter is that there isn't any, which is why racism has declined.

It was, actually. In fact its just the opposite, people of mixed race come from a more diverse gene pool, and it makes them more resistant to disease. Incest is so harmful because the gene pool isn't diverse enough which produces abnormalities. And no one will ever fund your program of sending the niggers back to africa, you can just give up on that.
