AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FOR CRIME

BLACK CRIMINALS MUST BE GIVEN MORE SEVERE PUNISHMENTS TO CREATE A GREATER DETERANT AGAINST CRIME IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY. THE MAN IS NOT DETERRING CRIME ENOUGH IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY, THE MAN DOESN'T GIVE A SHIT.

ANYONE WHO DISAGREES IS A RACIST

Problem is, black culture promotes fatalism, harsher sentences won't fucking deter them from crime, why do you think so many blacks commit crimes even though they know they will get sent to prison and shanked/assraped?

To claim "They think they'll get away" really shows YOU as a racist, as you are assuming that blacks are all defiant of the law because they think they'll be the one that gets away.

Despite all of white culture's efforts, most black criminals get convicted and sent to prison, where they eventually get out and do the same shit again.  You fail to understand the fatalistic paradigm in poverty(American) and black(American) culture. 

I can guarantee you that if you instituted the Death Penalty for every convicted black felon, you would see a drop in crime only because they weren't allowed to commit crimes again.  You would see no deterrance for black 1st time offenders.  But of course you'd never see such a draconian system because it proves to be largely ineffective, and does little to deter crime.  Besides, if stricter sentencing is so damned effective in preventing crime, why not have Prison sentences for traffic violations, hard labor for violating public ordinances.  (But then you'd say it would be too extreme, as everyone violates these anyway, making you all equally ignorant of the law)
