What to do with Child Molestors?

Fact 1: A significant percentage of the US population are child molesters or have this sort of intention.

Fact 2: If caught, hard jail time is the result in the vast majority of molesters caught.

Since this is such a big problem, I'd say we build concentration camps like they had in Nazi Germany..  or maybe something similar to the Russian Gulags..  and fill them with convicted child molesters.

Let the child's guardian deal with the child molester.  Give them a legal exemption to exact any revenge they feel necessary after the pervert is convicted.  And have the state provide the means (guns, axes, flame throwers, etc) so there is no financial burden on the victim.

If the victim is over 16, let the victim decide.
