What to do with Child Molestors?

Fact 1: A significant percentage of the US population are child molesters or have this sort of intention.

Fact 2: If caught, hard jail time is the result in the vast majority of molesters caught.

Since this is such a big problem, I'd say we build concentration camps like they had in Nazi Germany..  or maybe something similar to the Russian Gulags..  and fill them with convicted child molesters.

Do you kiss her? Apparently kissing someone under 16 is child molestation. Men who bathe their own children (babies - toddlers) are often accused of child molestation for seeing them naked or momentarily drying their buttox with a towel or something mundane like that. Don't you think child molestation laws are a little over the top? If you can ruin someone's family life just for bathing their own children or brand someone a pedophile for life for kissing a 15 year old when they were 16.
