What to do with Child Molestors?

Fact 1: A significant percentage of the US population are child molesters or have this sort of intention.

Fact 2: If caught, hard jail time is the result in the vast majority of molesters caught.

Since this is such a big problem, I'd say we build concentration camps like they had in Nazi Germany..  or maybe something similar to the Russian Gulags..  and fill them with convicted child molesters.

My cousin is a child molester. Why? He's eighteen, his girlfriend was seventeen. He pissed her off, she called the cops, and for the past four months or so she's been coming up with new lawsuits.
