Another Victim of Governor Doyle

Governor Doyle now presides over one of only a couple states with severely infringed right to carry.  Thanks to Doyle(D) vetoing RTC legislation multiple times, another guy is likely off to jail and slapped with a fine, just for defending himself from a robber.  Good job Doyle.

I'm wondering in the case of the pizza delivery man how difficult it is to get a concealed carry permit in Milwaukee. Generally speaking if you're carrying money through crime-probable areas, at  least in Illinois, you can get a permit.
