Are you comparing Eastern European countries such as Russia, who sent things into outer space, to the tribes of Black Africa who did not even have a wheel when Whites arrived?

That's like asking you to prove to me that certain populations are all equally intelligent. IQ tests, and just the fact that both Whites and Asians have been able to build and invent; where-as Blacks have only been able to maime and destroy.
