Because they are you fucking racist piece of shit. The reason blacks are in poverty is BECAUSE of racism, remember how 50 years ago blacks couldn't get a decent job and public places were still segregated? And poverty breeds crime, and since a disproportional amount of black people are in poverty, a disproportional amount commit crime.
