Major Party Frontrunners

Here are the list of G.O.P. Presidential candidates from the party's various factions:

(a) The left faction: Rudy Giuliani
(b) The centrist faction: John McCain
(c) The neoconservative faction: Newt Gingrich
(d) The Religious Right faction: Sam Brownback
(e) The social conservative faction: Mitt Romney
(f) The paleo-conservative faction (plus support from many fiscal conservatives and states rights conservatives): Tom Tancredo
(g) The libertarian faction (plus support also from the fiscal conservatives and states rights conservatives): Ron Paul



Here are the list of Democratic Party Presidential candidates from their various factions:

(a) The leftist faction: Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, John Kerry, Al Gore, Dennis Kucinich
(b) The union faction: John Edwards
(c) The moderate faction: Mark Warner
(d) The conservative faction: None. And no, Joe Lieberman doesn't count as one.
(e) The libertarian faction: none

The media is sucking on the "battle" between barak and hillary and is all "OMG SUMWAN WHO IS NOT A WHITE MALE MITE BE PREZIDANT!!!!!!!!!!!11".

It is clouding their judgement, but since nothing can be done about this and the democrats will win the 2008 election there is no choice but to say if I were a democrat I would root for Barak.

I do not support Barak though as I am a libertarian and direct my efforts towards educating people to the fact that Richard Campagna or someone should be our next president.
