What do you believe humans are entitled to?

Food
Shelter
Happiness
All of the above
None of the above

Daily life within madness. Madness within daily life. When the two worlds meet, the truth will draw you in.

What makes you believe people are even entitled to anything?

I'm actually a anachro-capitalist according to that European political label post. My question should lead to a deeper understanding of what rights people do have, which is why I'm asking.

A communist can provide that, a fascist can provide that, a captor can provide that and even slave master can provide that. They're such simple things. What is more important than all of them is freedom. Perhaps a cliched and overused word, but freedom is still freedom. Nobody is preventing you from choosing slave's way of life in free society, but unlike in cases mentioned before you have choice of being what you want to be. Any healthy individual can rise from poverty if he/she works hard enough and doesn't sink into depression, but learns to enjoy little things in life. Those who say otherwise have no idea what it's like or they're either lazy or scared of work. I was once poor child, so I know what I'm talking about.

Essentially, the jobs you are competing for, and the money they pay you are used to provide the essentials of food and shelter (everything else is just extra). Therefore, as long as there's competition for said jobs, then nobody's entitled to anything.

And happiness is something that humans are definitely not entitled to. How else could you explain 4chan coming about.

Food and Shelter

People also aren't entitled to their own life, but shouldn't be tortured.

They are entitled to all living in opulent splendour, having access to all information, services and experiences they could desire.

However this is physically impossible, so we need a government which is as utilitarian as possible.

fucking contentment

Name: The Agorist 2007-01-15 13:06

Only one thing. People are entitled to be left the fuck alone. That's fucking it. Everything else is their own responsibility.

So someone rapes your 6 year old daughter, it's her fault for being a stupid bitch and doing nothing to protect herself the fucking cunt.

Name: Anonymous 2007-01-16 11:13

Yes, thats right. If she really didnt want to get raped, she would have bought a gun and  hired a protection agency. Not doing that is equal to consent, at least in agorism.

When did being left alone mean consenting to rape? I'm pretty sure the correct definition of being left alone is "being left alone."

There;'s been a lot of discussion on agorism today in Pol, and I'd just like to say agorism is a worthless doctrine because the majority of the public in 99% of countries will not agree to live under it.

doesn't understand agorism, but exposes the weakness of anarchism's inability to provide basic security for its members

If you are a agorist you exposes agorists basic inability to grasp fundamental logic.

People are entitled to individual freedom, so long as that individual freedom does not infringe upon the individual freedoms of others.

staying alive in a peachy way without harm

Name: Anonymous 2007-01-21 16:36

The only thing people are entitled to are the laws of physics.

Name: Anonymous 2007-01-21 22:32

Entitled to? Nothing

But many people misconstrue that with being indebted
