The first question, the individual is more important than the collective.

Agree, disagree, not sure.

If I select agree I could be placing criminals above the law. If I select disagree I could be placing the will of the state over an individual's liberty. If I select not sure it means I am a dumbass who cannot think these things through.

The entire test is a poorly thought out load of bullshit.
