The Holocaust and God's Will

This is a question for Jews or non-Jews who believe in an all powerful God.

If God is all-powerful why did he let 6 million Jews die in the Holocaust?

Is it because:

1. God exists, is all powerful, but hates Jews and commands Germans to kill 6 million of them

2. God exists but is not all powerful so just stood by helplessly whilst the Germans killed 6 million of his "chosen"

3. God exists and is all powerful but the holocaust is a hoax by Zionists to justify their occupation of Palestine

4. God doesn't exist

So God is a fanatical antisemite, or is not really a God or the whole Holocaust is a lie. Which is it?

For Jews supposedly doing so much bad things to the Christians why does the Christian Bible contain the Jewish Bible (Old Testament). And why does it say in the Christian Bible that 144,000 descendants of Jacob (Jews) are going to Heaven?
